Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We understand life is busy, and things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may do so up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time without consequence.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s).
• Appointments with no communication or no-show will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).
Credit Card on File Requirement
A valid credit card is required to be kept on file for:
• All services
• Group bookings (2 or more clients coming in together)
• Enforcement of the cancellation and no-show policy
Your card will not be charged unless the cancellation policy is violated. All card information is stored securely.
